Once we have confirmed that your dates are available and you have confirmed with us that you wish to proceed with the booking via email or phone, please download and complete our booking form and return it to us along with your deposit.
General Information
Included in the price
All linen, duvets, towels and utilities. If the cottages are booked for more than one week, they are cleaned after each week's stay.
Price structure is based on 4 person occupancy. In squirrel lodge if you require use of the sofa bed a £10 per night supplement is due.
A Welcome Pack is provided for all guests.
How to Book

Once we have confirmed the dates requested are available, please read the Terms and Conditions, print out and complete the Booking Form and return together with your deposit of 30% of the total price. If the holiday is less than 8 weeks away, full payment is required. On receipt of your deposit/payment we will confirm your booking.
Check In and Check Out Time
Check in time is from 3.00pm onwards on arrival and departure by 10.00am on departure day.
Children
Children of all ages welcome.
Cot and highchair available on request.
There is a selection of children's toys/DVD's and books available and the Cbeebies channel is available.
Fire guards are provided.
There is adequate storage for pushchairs.
We provide a book giving walks suitable for children and children's attractions in the area.
Pets
We regret that we do not accept pets at this property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
Cyclists / Walkers
We provide space for drying outdoor clothing and footwear.
Access to water point available for washing bicycles and outdoor clothing.
Emergency cycle and puncture repair kit provided.
Shopping Deliveries
Guests can pre-order groceries for delivery to their cottage on day of arrival (after 3.00pm) from Ocado - www.ocado.com.
